Mermaid Foot Care

Hey my lovely little fishes! Today we are going to be talking about mermaid foot care!

In this video I give you guys my top 6 favourite things to do to keep my feet in shape for mermaiding and I will list them below:

• Use toe spacers to help stretch your toes and realign bones and tendons in your feet.
• Wear sandals to and from the pool and at the beach to protect your toes from sharp objects as well as bacteria and infections.
• Use a tennis ball or foot roller to help massage the bottoms of your feet.
• Use a quality foot cream to massage your feet.
• Take a Magnesium supplement.
