Mermaid Zelda and I hit the beach for a mermaid photoshoot before heading back to the pool for a mermaid swim! It was a FINcredible day!

All remaining mermaid tails, that I have received measurements for, are now at the printer and in the queue. If you did not receive the February-please-get-me-your-measurements email, then I have your measurements and all is well! That's all for me today my fishes! I'm wishing you a beautiful rest of your week and look forward to catching up with you all again soon! 💖
Happy Swimming! Courtney Mermaid
In the above picture you can see the dorsal fin I created for this set. It is printed into the design but I think the effect works really well! The leggings were also absolutely PERFECT in the water and having the freedom to pop out of the monofin so quickly was WONDERFUL!
Thanks so much for your patience with me through everything over the last two months. This year has hit me like an out of control train, but I am doing my best to keep things under control and stay on track (as best as I can) with production.
I love you all so much my fishes and I hope you enjoyed the video! Happy Swimming! Courtney Mermaid
Happy Swimming!
Courtney Mermaid Here is an in-progress look at all four of the colours that will be available in the shop! If you recall, the Fire Koi originally had different coloured fluke-lines and I opted to change them to a lighter colour because the darker grey just felt too different in comparison to the other fins. In today's vlog I also mention that I've had a few things going on right now that are a bit out of my control and definitely impacting me as well as production...
Due to the fact that this current situation involves other people (who have asked me not to make things public on my social platforms), I am not able to go into great detail, but if you have good vibes to send, they would be appreciated! ♥ I hope you are all doing well and I look forward to catching up with you again in my next video! We can get so caught up in the material excitement (which can be lots of fun, I'm not going to lie and say it isn't) that we forget there's more to it. In this video I opted to wear leggings because TBH I am very nervous to swim in such deep water. It only occurred to me once I was underwater that this was one of the most magical swims I've had in a while!
I felt secure in knowing that my legs were free if I needed to escape my monofin quickly, and that helped ease my nerves in the deep water which allowed me to really have some fun! It also brought me back to my early days when I used to hit the pool with nothing but my swimsuit and goggles. Back then I was focused more on how it felt to be underwater vs what I looked like. This is something I hope to explore more here on the blog. 💖 All that said, what are your thoughts? Do you have a go-to comfortable look that you like to swim with as a mer?
