My Mermaid Studio Tour 2022

Courtney Mermaid's collection of mermaid books and other treasures!

It FIN-ally happened! I took the time to sit down and film my FIRST EVER mermaid studio tour!

This is the space where all of the mermaid magic happens! From here I create all of my designs, sew all of my tails, create my mermaid content, livestream, and package my tails!

My studio is also where I house all of my mermaid collectables (short of the two tails I have on display in my dining room).

I find that keeping all of the mermaid magic in one space helps me stay focused and inspires me to create more!

Client orders are housed in these wonderful little bins to keep things organized!

Salt lamps and plants help create a calming atmosphere which is helpful when you spend so much time in the same place.

A simple yet effective computer set up for designing mermaid tails and other works of art/products for the shop!

Here are a few closer looks at my space. Instead of taking a lot of time to make things super aesthetic by someone else's standards, I have taken time over the years to develop my own sense of mermaid style based around what works for me and my unique needs surrounding my business.

Rainbows create a whole new vibe and can really bring some wonder and magic to any workspace!

I wasn't kidding when I said that rainbow window film is FIN-CREDIBLE! Look at this picture I took the other day as the sun was setting and creeping in through the curtain!

This is not a filter! I'm still shook by how beautiful the rainbows are and how much joy they have brought me! 🌈💖
