The benefits that I have personally seen include clearer skin, improved digestion (the main reason I take them), and weight maintenance (I have lost a few pounds since I've been taking them, though weight loss is not my ultimate goal). For me the biggest improvement has been my digestion and I am so grateful for that as I am someone who deals with IBS.
