the order process
1️⃣ Application Submitted
- Once you have submitted your order request I will get back to you with an initial quote for your tail and ask you to submit the measurements form.
- Once I receive your measurements form, I'll send the initial concept invoice for you to pay.
- Once the invoice is paid I'll create the initial concept and we will work back and forth until we are both happy with it.
- Once the concept is locked down (no more changes) I will provide you with the final quote for the full tail broken down into the design fee and the production fee.
- I'll then send the design fee invoice for you to pay.
- Once I receive the payment I will begin polishing the design.
- Once we both approve the polished design I will send you an invoice for the production fee.
- Once I receive the payment I will prepare and submit the tail for printing.
- Once I receive the tail back from my printer I will sew it up and prep it for shipping.
- I will then send you an invoice for the shipping fee (flat rate $50CAD).
- Once I receive the payment for the shipping fee I will ship the tail.
