My name is Courtney and I'm a full time merfolk artist from Vancouver, Canada 🍁 specializing in the conceptual design and full realization of functional fabric mermaid tails among other magical things!

My mermaid adventure began in 2006 with a pair of flippers, some Spandex, and a dream. Once I knew it was possible to make a swimmable fabric mermaid tail, I was hooked!

In 2011 I began to experiment with digital designs in Photoshop where I used specialty fabric paints to bring the designs to life on plain white Spandex.
